Can you try restarting CCX Notification Service once in after hours and then check.

Hi,
I am having similar problem in UCCX v11.5.1.11001-34. However this is a software bug "CSCuv24965". The workaround is Restart Cisco Finesse Tomcat, HOWEVER, this results in all teams losing their custom reason codes (Not Ready). Be sure to backup your custom reason codes.
