My Customer have the IPCCX version 7.0.1 and didn´t see the calls that are in contact service queue . Any idea who solve this problem? I am attaching the print about CSD
I came across this in UCCX v 8.0(2). It was a known bug. To resolve the issue I had to restart the Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service. The bug ID is CSCtk82341.
I suggest you open a tac case to see if this bug is affecting the version you are on.
