We are getting the following error message in the Cisco Interaction Manager Chat tool. when the agents are chatting with the customers.
"The Following message could not be delivered. Try to send it again."
Could someone tell me what might be causing the issue and how to troubleshoot further on this.
I faced the same issue and worked with Cisco TAC on this. The two possibilities that I can think of, either the specific messages are blocking it or network glitch is causing this because every time we face the issue for some specific messages.
