Dear all

 

in my corporate network we have UCCX 8.5 and one of our agent is not able to log in (The ID You entered was not found)after i tried so many was to fix this issue but still facing the same issue please help me to fix this issue

Hi, 

Have you done the basic troubleshooting steps, if not please check the below and let us know the result 

  • Ensure that the IPCC Extension is selected in the Call Manager end user page 
  • Ensure that the user is available in UCCX and assigned to specific team 
  • Perform a data check / data sync from the UCCX administration portal
  • Ensure that the Phone is associated to the rmcm user
