Whisper Coaching with Finesse - UCCX

Dear all,

Any notice about add the "whisper coaching"  feature natively to the Finesse interface in UCCX? Currently only support "Silent Monitoring" and "Barge-In" but a lot of customers need this other typical function.

I know that this feature is supported by Third Party developers but I think the logical is implement this feature in the UCCX like the others....

Something in roadmap?

This is the case in CCE as well, frustrating that UCM has the capability but it isn't developed/available in Finesse and only via third party entities.
