Hi all,
Got a customer with a Co-Res CM/IPCC deployment, versions to follow, who had to reboot their pub/crs and when it came back up only one out of five agents could login.
The others got the "The maximum number of licenses has been exceeded", during the next hour (at least 20 mins after the reboot) they were allowed back in, everything was sweet by the time I remoted on so couldn't see anything untoward whatsoever!
All agents are now working fine but the customer would like to know why.
Any ideas folks?

Run synchronization on your CRS admin. May be before re boot agents were stuck or logged in (just guessing).
It seems your ldap and other stuff got all sync and cleared so it allowed a OK operation after wards. YOu probably are close to capacity as well in terms of your license usage.

Hi Baseer,
Yeah that sounds plausible, never easy trying to assess something after the event but that should be enough ammunition for me to appease them!
Thanks :-)

Hmmm.. so much for that suggestion, the customer made sure the agents were logged off prior to reboot and would like a full explanation if possible in case it happens again! :-/
