Time zone in UCCE Outbound campaign

I have an issue with the Outbound campaign, because the dialer is dialing phones in a different local Time zone.

For example: the phone number with prefix 01656 has -2 hour offset from my local zone, if the campaign starts at 07:00 am, this number should be dialed until 9:00 am (local Time), because the time for it is 07:00 am.

But the dialer dials those number without take on count the Time zone.

I am attachng screenshot from Dialer configuration.

What else do i need to review?.

Regards!

Seem's like you could just create two separate import files based on time zone and create your campaigns around them.  Then set the times each campaign is allowed to dial.

Seems like easiest route to me.

Hi,

Yeah, configuring two Query Rules with its Import Rule to each one it's a fast way to do it, but at the end i would like to know if this feature works or not, because I did a double check to the config and it should work just as it is configured, unless I missed something.

can you also please post the campaign configuration? i see you are using phone01 and phone02.

you have phone01 and phone02 both using the same timezone for dialing?

Hi,

I am attaching the campaign configuration.

Regards!

Hi Can you check the tables on outbound database.

There will be table for each dialing list and table for import process.

In this table you can check if correct GMT offset it applied to after its imported? the offset will be in terms on minute.
