Running into a bug where I can't change this IP for an email server. It just reverts back to the old IP address for my SMTP server. Anyone seen this before; a way to so this from CLI? The help page says if the publisher is not running the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center service you won't be able to change, but it is running. Even restarted that service.
You will not be able to save the SMTP configuration if Cisco Unified Intelligence Center service on the publisher node is down.
System version: 12.5.1.11002-481

You are likely running into this bug, you may want to reach out to TAC if they have any workarounds/if it is addressed in a new version?

12.5.1 has been very buggy for us. We have about 4 other work arounds for bugs in it. So, I will accept your answer as the solution as we just need to get these upgraded. Thank you very much for taking the time to respond.
