We are testing a new UCCX setup. Everything works when calling form an internal line to the trigger or from the DID to the trigger but when our operator transfers a call to the trigger the call will enter the queue and the agents phone will ring but it does not activate CAD. The agent can answer the phone manually but the stats are not being logged and no buttons are activated on the CAD.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. We are running UCCX 8.5.1.10000-37

So the operator is dialing trigger 1234, but the call is ringing directly on extension 6789, with no appearance in the CAD what so ever? Not even an indication that a call is on the line? Just trying to better understand the issue.

What is different with the operator? Are they using the CUxAC application?

We actually just did an uninstall and reinstall of CAD on the agent's machines and all is well.
