Hello ,
just in brief , i guess the best way to explain this feature is like this :
" The ability to transfer the Call from One Routing Client ( Like CUCM/CVP/Dialer ) to another Routing Client with maintaining the Call Variables in place , ie : not deleted . "
Please correct me if i am wrong .
Thanks A lot,
Ahmed Salah

You got it, it's like a rest stop for data to either catch up or ensure it makes it to its final destination. It is a difficult thing to understand and a bigger pain to configure.

Hi David,
Thanks for your help and document also. At the same time is there any configuration guide that can help me on the
following scenario .(Transfer the call from CUCM ->IPIVR (Type 2 VRU) ->CVP (Configured as TYPE 10 VRU)..
i have done transferring call from CUCM to IPIVR but after that how can i configure transalation route for transferring the call from IPIVR to CVP .
Thanks,
Sasikumar.
