UCCE 11.5 - Connect directly to Live Data Server

Hello 

We develop web application that will contine real time reports.

We want to develop queue statistic like Precision Queue Default View build in report (The report in in CUIC).

Currently we have queue statistic real time report that his data source come from querying the AWDB real time table.

The problem that AWDB refrash every 10 second, but we want to get data that update every 3 second (like Precision Queue Default View).

How can i achieve that refresh rate ?

Can is connect directly to the Live Data server and get the data about the queue ?

As far as I know, the Live Data API has not yet been opened for external access, but I believe this is in the roadmap to eventually allow. At this point the only way to get Live Data is to embed the report or gadget in another application.
