It's a Cisco provided ECC variable and it's not intended to be edited.
You could go the very unsupported route of editing the t_Expanded_Call_Variable table, but that won't help you either because if you look at your Import Rule definitions, the maximum amount of characters you can have for Account Number is 30 - and this is a hard number, nothing anybody can do about that. If this is an IVR campaign, you can leverage a CVP application and conduct a data dip to retrieve additional information.
