Hi, all,
I have UCCE 9.0 and UCCX 9.0
Question 1:
Where I can see IVR Port realtime usage???
Question 2:
In menu UCCX : Tools - Realtime Reporting I can get information about Active Cisco JTapi Calls.
1 Active Cisco JTapi Calls = 1 IVR port usage - it's false or true?

So I don't think you can actually see this as directly as you would want. There might be a few ways:
- In ICM script editor look at Trunks>IPIVR>TrunksInService.
- You can look at your DN call type report to get an idea of how many calls you're getting.
- Finally, I'm sure there's some counter you can look at using the RTMT tool.
As for your 2nd question, I don't believe that's the case.

Hi,
RE 1: actually, there are two ways to get that information:
a, let a JTAPI user control all IVR ports and write an application that listens for state changes;
b, use the capabilities of the UCCX CTI protocol.
Apart from that, there is no good way of seeing the realtime usage of the CTI (~IVR) ports.
RE 2: can you give us a screenshot, please.
