Does anyone know if IP Communicator is still a valid product in UCM 9 and if it is still an option for home based agents in UCCE 9?

Chris

Chris,

Yes to both of your questions.

I could add a CIPC in my lab CUCM 9.0 & also UCCE 9.0 Comp matrix has CIPC under " IP Phone Support " table.

For your information,

according to the release notes, IP Communicator is not supported for remote agents in UCCE 9.0(1)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/ipcc_enterprise/ippcenterprise9_0_1/release/notes/icm90rlsnts.pdf

From the release notes:

"Cisco IP Communicator (CIPC) is not supported for Mobile Agents."
