UCCE Agent Event Detail - Back to Back Same Reason codes

Question. I have a customer on UCCE v12.6 and we're looking at the Agent Event Detail table and when I look at an agent, I see the same reason code numbers back to back. In Finesse, I know you can't select the same Not Ready reason code that you're already in but I see in the Agent Event Detail back to back ReasonCode field values. Is this an indication of a communication loss of the Finesse client to the server? TIA.

It has a record per agent in every interval.

So if your agent is in Not Ready state for long time, he will have several records in same reason code.

It is recommended to logout, if you are not actively working, as license is getting consumed, and tables is getting bigger.
