Question. I have a customer on UCCE v12.6 and we're looking at the Agent Event Detail table and when I look at an agent, I see the same reason code numbers back to back. In Finesse, I know you can't select the same Not Ready reason code that you're already in but I see in the Agent Event Detail back to back ReasonCode field values. Is this an indication of a communication loss of the Finesse client to the server? TIA.
