UCCE agent ready after login

We have UCCE implementation with b+s Siebel Adapter and Finesse.

I would like to know whether it is possible to make agent ready automatically after login.

Finesse by default will go into Not Ready state only after login. Agents will themselves need to set it to Ready then, this is working as design and unfortunately there is not a way to change this behavior.
