Do i have to enable an agent trace to see detail such has who has been live monitoring this agent and also using barge? is it possible to see that without enabling trace historically?

You can find monitoring call in Termination_Call_Detail by PeripheralCallType = 21

Thanks. I lost my ucce engineer and current staff does not know the needed query. I am looking to queury a specific agent for a specific time period for all her calls. Are you willing to share the queury i might use? Thanks in advance.
