What is the Difference in Dialler and Customer Abandoned Call results

Hello!

If the duration of an outbound call is less than the Abandoned call wait time (configured in the campaign settings), Outbound Option considers the call as customer abandoned, and the customer record that is associated with that call is scheduled for a retry.

Dialer abandoned is when the dialer abandons the call and there may be several reasons for this. A common example is when there are no agents available for the call.
