UCCE ICM Routing Script Question

Refer some discussed UCCE can get The position in queue of the new call will be SkillGroup.<variable>.RouterCallsQNow + 1. But we had used Dynamic Precision Queue in Routing. we tried to use Dynamic Formula following in UCCE Scripting and Media routing guide but we found issue in case if we need to get the position in queue and send variable to CVP for announcement, Example Call.Peripheral7 = PQ.{Call.user.pq}.CallsInQ. So we got the problem show in below, Please find artifact in attachment

My question is any one can suggest us How to get the position call in queue and set into parameter send to run microapp (CVP)??

Hi

If we validate the custom function the validation is successful. But node validation is failing.

This seems to be a product defect. We will raise a defect.

Agree with you, I already raise to Cisco TAC but they just reply that is custom they not support.

UCCE do not support position in queue feature. More information can be seen in earlier discussions at the below thread

If you need visibility into calls queuing, provided you're using CVP, this is the workaround quite a few people have been using.  https://cisco.box.com/v/shadow
