UCCE: ICM with CUCM / UCCX

Hi,

Anyone has a configuration check list if for CUCM integration with UCCE( ICM) with IPIVR used UCCX

The configuration should specify PG /PIM specification ( device type etc.)  for uccx /cucm as well as network VRU

I have a UCCE sprawler ( Router / logger / PG /CTIOS) on one box

Hi,

UCCX should have a special license (IP IVR). I mean, it's not UCCX Standard, Enhanced or Premium, it's IP IVR.

About the rest of the configuration: you can read it here, for instance.

It's not rocket science but if you have never done that integration before, it might be a bit overwhelming.
