Hi,
I created OUs on the AD using DomainManager. But when I start Install ICM, I could not see the domain, in the drop down list when I try to add the instance.
Server in associated to the domain, and I loggedin using domain admin account.
The msg I am getting is,
Could not find domain with CISCO ROOT OU
Anyone faced this tpe problem?
Thanks

What version of IPCC?

I assume this is IPCC Enterprise 7.x. First thing you need to do is to add the user you are logged in with to the local Administrators Groups. Can you ping the DNS server? try opening the "Active Directory users and Computers" see if everything is ok.
Also Check the Eventviewer for Errors.

when you run setup the first time make sure you're doing it with domain admin rights. Once installed you can go with a local admin rights if you need to run setup again.

Yes , I could ping to DNS - Domain account is part of local admin group-I can see the AD details and I could modify too!!.
It is working fine with DomainManager perfectly fine.
