Hello,
I'm a freelancer, focused on Enterprise Contact Center Solutions, and now, two of my customers are going to migrate to UCCE. Therefore, I need to build up some knowledge with UCCE, but it looks like that is not the easiest part.
Of course I can book the three courses that are offered by several vendors, but that would be my last plan.
Is there any option to get the UCCE Software as a lab version and is there also training material or documentation available for the UCCE ?
Thanks and best regards
Daniel

Thanks for that Information, however, I would say that a lab is more or less something I really need after such Trainings.

This is slightly outdated, but it does the job... read this: http://www.datis-arad.com/PDF/Cisco/Cisco%20Unified%20Contact%20Center%20Enterprise%20Jun.pdf
Memorize this design guide: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_12_0_1/Design/Guide/ucce_b_soldg-for-unified-cce-120.html

If your company is moving to UCCE, that means a Cisco partner will be doing it for you. At the conclusion of the project, if the partner knows better, they'll provide admin training.
