UCCE: Not being able to Add/ Save Instance via WebSetup

UCCE 10.5

The user ID I am logged in with is the same user that we used:

- to join servers to the domian - so it has access to Contact Center OU

- to create Root, Facility and Instance

- Install ICM

So why would it not let me Add & Save the Instance via the websetup please.

It says 'You do not have the appropriate permissions to save Instance ipcc'

Please assist.

Hi Kartik,

i am sure youu have followed the below steps,

1st.. Run the ICM set UP

2nd .. Run Domain Manager

3rd.. Through web set up add instance which you created by running Domain Manger.

i have installed in my lab ucce with cvp 10.5 using the same credentials which you have mentioned.
