Making this post to gather feedback/Opinions on SL in UCCE with CUIC report. I've always seen CT reports being used for SL observations CUIC, but a few weeks back I was asked why should CT reports be used over a PQ or SG report to monitor SL via CUIC and quite frankly the only answer I had was that's how everyone else does it.

I then decided to look at the DB schema to see how SL is calculated for both CT and PQ reports and to my astonishment I feel as if the SL calculation for a PQ report is more accurate because it factors in calls that are dequeued whereas CT reports do not.

What does the broader community think about this?

So it depends. CTs are primarily used because you can “flow out” the call by hitting another CT which then allows a nice “bread crumb” for your call. In your example, about dequeing the call, what do you do after and why wouldn’t that be part of your SL metric? So, if for example, you deQ to go to another Q, then a CT is your only true SL metric.
