UCCE SIPDIALER Issue

Hi Members,

We are using the SIP Dialer in the UCCE Environment and i get the below message in the MR PIM.

My Dialer status bar showing as BADialer-R[CM-A][CTI-A][MR-X][SIP-A]

07:00:18:581 PG2A-pim1 Peripheral 5004 sending OPC PIM_OK_ACK acknowledgment for command PIM_CONFIGURE_REQ (TransID=0).

07:00:18:581 PG2A-pim1 Attempting to connect to MR application at IP address 10.110.10.26 port 38000.

07:00:29:644 PG2A-pim1 Attempting to connect to MR application at IP address 10.110.10.26 port 38000.

07:00:40:707 PG2A-pim1 Attempting to connect to MR application at IP address 10.110.10.26 port 38000.

07:00:49:582 PG2A-pim1 ProcessPIMSetIdleReq: Peripheral 5004 going idle.

07:00:52:582 PG2A-pim1 Peripheral 5004 sending OPC PIM_OK_ACK acknowledgment for command PIM_SET_IDLE_REQ (TransID=-1).

07:00:52:582 PG2A-pim1 Trace: Ignoring idle request for other side to peripheral -1 side=0

I get the below logs in the OPC process of the MRPG

I get the below logs in my badialer node

Can someone helpme why i would get these messages.

This indicates that MR PIM1 is unable to establish a network connection to your dialer. Make sure the MR PIM's are configuring with the correct hostnames or IP addresses for your dialers.
