Hello Experts,
It has been many years since I've worked with UCCE (not since 4.x) and am looking to get back into it. My initial goal is to be able to support it from a day-to-day admin perspective. Deploying will come later. I've been reviewing some of the training available and want to know if the community thinks there is anything I'm missing.
AUCCE1 - admin part 1
AUCCE2 - admin part 2
AUCC-CVP - IP IVR and CVP admin
Are there any other classes I should be thinking of as a good start?
Thanks,
Glenn

Sounds like a good start, here is one training partner and available UCCE/CVP classes:

I recommend the CVP Implementation class, as that I am assuming will be a new product for you.

Thanks Chris and yes CVP is new to me.
Would you recommend the CVP implementation class in addition to the CVP admin class or instead of? Obviously cost is a factor.
Thanks,
Glenn

I would focus on the admin side for now and try to get the implementation down on your own time once you have a good handle on the day to day activities. If you need something very specific which your own studies aren't filling, then go to one of the classes.
