Hi,
I am trying to a process to send UCCX database tables to an external sql table.
Is there any Cisco supported processes ?
I have installed the jdbc connector and integrated with sql express but not sure what else to do to push the data/tables to the sql server.
I know this is available in CUIC but client like to get the data to do further customization.
