Good afternoon,
How can I record all incoming call center calls automatically? Do I need 3rd party product or can I do it within UCCX? and also, will it effect any stress load to UCCX server by recording all call center calls?
We are currently utilizing "TelStrat" product but just see if UCCX can do the same.
I appreciate all your suggestions.
Thank you,
NK :)

Out of the box you can't record CUCM calls.
There are multiple companies that do call recording for CUCM which is really what you are talking about.
Assuming nothing unique you setup the SIP trunk , configure the BiB, setup the recording profile , other things and assign it all on CUCM vs in UCCX\PCCE\UCCE.
Once you setup those things you can select automatic or record everything at the DN level.
Here are just two companies from many that to the traditional form of call recording , BiB based, are ZOOM and Calabrio (Saas\OnPrem).
