You can follow the wallboard instructions to create a direct database access via ODBC

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_10_6/maintain_and_operate/guide/UCCX_BK_CEC562D1_00_cisco-unified-ccx-administration-guide106/UCCX_BK_CEC562D1_00_cisco-unified-ccx-administration-guide_chapt...

However, you'll want to use the user uccxhruser as opposed to the instructions stating to use uccxwallboard, though, both of these accounts have their passwords set in the same screen in AppAdmin under Tools > Password Management.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_10_6/maintain_and_operate/guide/UCCX_BK_CEC562D1_00_cisco-unified-ccx-administration-guide106/UCCX_BK_CEC562D1_00_cisco-unified-ccx-administration-guide_chapt...

From there, you can likely just copy out all of the data using your favorite method/client (e.g., scripting language or sql gui client), but if you are interested in the schema, that document is here:
