UCCX 11.0 and bug ID CSCuq42288

Hello,

I believe I am hitting bug ID CSCuq42288 in UCCX 11.0. I am using a Hold step, a Delay step, an Unhold step, then am experiencing truncated prompts. The Bug Toolkit says that the bug has been terminated and that no fix was planned for this bug.

Can anyone think of a reason why? Is the scripting unacceptable in some way? I can workaround it with delays, blank prompts, and other convoluted behavior, but why must I do that?

Anyway, thanks in advance for any advice.

James, if you are facing the exact symptoms as mentioned in the defect even on version 11 then I will recommend to check with TAC and take it further that way.
