When i log in, i go UCCX AppAdmin Portal > Tools Plug-ins>
I don't see CISCO Unified CCX Desktop Suite in list of tools.
Please, help me

In fact I'm following a tutorial about "Intelligent Call Distribution" in my setup.
The tutorial tells me that I have to download (Desktop Agent, Supervisor Desktop and Administrator Desktop).
Could you tell me the procedure to follow since these tools are no longer present in version 11.6.

But i have another issue. When i log in cisco finesse administrator, it is impossible to register.
Please how to register.
