UCCX 11.6/Finesse Recent State History Live in Finesse is not all translated

Hello,

When we are using Finesse in French, the Recent State History Report is half translated. 

State is not translated, it is written all in English.

What can I do to resolve that ?

Can you confirm the language COP file that you have installed in your platform? You can see that with a "show version active" from the CLI.

Hi Celine,

I couldn't find anything related to any issue on this language pack and it's hard to test it because I don't have that version of UCCX (as in my case).

I have version 11.5 and it's working fine:

I can suggest you two things:

• Install the previous language pack (uccx-language-pack_13-11.6.1.10000-1.cop) and see if that can help. In this case, you have to evaluate the feasibility on doing this.
• Or, you can open a TAC case and see if they can provide you with another language pack for your version.
