UCCX 11.6 to 12.5 Repports & Dashboard

Hello Everyone,

We are upgrading our 11.6 UCCX (HA) cluster to 12.5.

We have many personalized reports and dashboards created in 11.6. will those reports and dashboards be migrated during the upgrade or they need to be recreated once the migration completed?

Did you have to recreate them on the 12.5 system?

Yes, you need to recreate them on 12.5. Make sure you get screenshots of each and every personalized reports and dashboards.
