Hi
Is there any report in web view which calculates a report based on a formula
occupancy=((talk time+wrap+idle)-break)/Staff time where staff time is total time from login to log out of the agent.

I have a Manager wanting to know the definition of Occupancy in the reports. Can someone tell me how the Occupancy is calculated that is currently available in the reporting platform?

There are a couple of reports that have occupancy fields in them, depending on what you need. Here's the link to one of the version of the report guide.
