UCCX 11.6 uccx to cuick sync failed

I have RTMT Alerts stating uccx to cuic failed.

The AppID showing the failures is Cisco Unified CCX Cluster Veiw Daemon

Does the cli command : utils uccx synctocuic all  -  have an impact or can it be done at anytime with no impact ?  Or there is some impact and should do it on less busy times (Call Center is 24/7) ? 

IF impact, please let me know what to expect.

UCCX 11.6 - in HA

Do I only need to do it on the Publisher ?

Are there other commands that need to be done prior or after,  such as restarting reporting service or serviceability service, etc ?

You would do that on the publisher. It will eat up some CPU, so doing it in as much of a slack time as there is would be recommended.
