uccx 11 some agents randomly stuck in reserved state 

Troubleshooting:

================

  1. Unassociated then associate the phones from UCCX user
  2. We checked the port synch from UCCX
  3.  We noticed  that all phones have the same number and partition for (Auto registration number) , but the agent using the device profile , does this senario may cause the issue? any idea for reserved troubleshooting?
