UCCX 12.5 Agent Comptenece Level cannot be change

When I try to change the competence level of agents from default 5 to anyother value and save, it just goes back to 5, not changing. Anyone faced this issue before ?

You have to SELECT the assigned skill, for which you want to change the level.
Just assigning the skill is not enough.

Have you selected a skill, before you change the competence level?
If you haven't selected a skill first, how should the system know, for which skill the competence level should be changed then?

ok I understand, now I can change the agent's competence level. Thank you for your advice.
