UCCX 7.0(2) ES3

Can someone point me to a readme document for this engineering special. I'm looking to see if this is a mandatory ES that I need to apply to 7.0(2) or if it fixes only certain issues.

I dont see any read me file for this ES. As ESs are provided to customers only for temporary purposes but to fix urgent issues , TAC will confirm the usage of it only after complete verification of the hitting bugs & their fixes, case to case basis.

Did you get this ES recommendation from any TAC engineer ? If yes, he should be able to help you with readme if any.
