UCCX 8.0.2 PUT backup is very small.

After i run the PUT backup from the old 7.x servers, the .tar file is only about 38 megabytes. Before the backup it said it would copy up to 1.5gb of call data before doing the backup. I am confused as to why the backup is only 38 megabytes. Is something wrong here?

Couple of questions;

What is the size of normal backup. Could you try to perfrom the normal backup and let me know what is the size.

Also, if you unzip the tar file created with the PUT tool, do you see the  folders you see whe you unzip the normal backup files.

If you see all those files there the backup from the PUT should be fine.

Regular backups are 450 megabytes, and the file structure is completely different. Even if you browse into the cluster nodes folders ?

I guess i will find out if everything is backed up or not in about 5 hours.
