UCCX 8.0 database support

Hi Folks,

I'm working with UCCX 8.0 version and would like to do SQL instructions to play different greetings into the IVR menu.

Which database vendor is supported on this version?

Below listed versions are supported Enterprise Database's  with UCCX 8.0.

Oracle 10g R2, Oracle 10g XE

Sybase Adaptive Server 12

IBM DB2 8.2

MS SQL Server 2000

MS SQL Server 2005

MS SQL Server 2008

I would like to use MYSQL. I know that this isn't supported, but is possible to implement that for lab purposes?

As long as you are able to intergate MYSQL successfully you should be good

Using the non tested software may result in memory leak which ultimately may crash the UCCX engine process but as this is for a lab I assume there will not be much traffic.
