UCCX 8.5 failed Data Resync

When performing data resync I get the following message: "Errorcode: Data Resync operation is not allowed as database on publisher node is down."

Could someone point me in the right direction. I'm pretty much new with Uccx and have checked CUCM database and all the nodes are replicating properly and online.

Checked control center and Cisco Unified CCX Database showed out of service. However utils service list showed all the services are started, probably a bug?

Login to Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability -> Tools-> Datastore Control Center -> DatsStores and check each of the datastores statues,

When was the last time UCCX was rebooted?

What is the status of the datastores?

Looks like the database replication stopped and I may experience the same problem as this article.
