UCCX 8.5

Hello Everyone!

I have the following Scenario on my company.

2 UCCX - Premium 8.5 running on MCS/ Publisher and Subscriber

Their are working fine, but sometime their change the master to slave and stop some services.

I would like to know if anyone got the same issue before, cause I did not find anything close it yet.

Hi Marcos,

Have you check if maybe could be a network problem (Packet loss, Round trip delay between server, ...)?

Which service are stopping? Maybe you're hitting a bug...

How frequently does this happen?

Is your NTP in sync? Check on the UCCX publisher with "utils ntp status".

Also, read the Cluster View Daemon logs and the Event Viewer Application Logs around the time-frame(s) of the issue. Search for NTP issues, connnectivity issues, and failovers.
