I never use any kind of walboard but I know it is possible.

what are the different option ?

And according to this Cisco Unified CCX and Cisco Unified IP IVR, Release 8.5(1)SU3 Solution Set is supported with the below Wallboards.

Spectrum 3.1.2

INOVA (light link) 5.7
