UCCX 8.X delete resources

Hi NetPro

I have somre problems whit resources.....

I need to delete idle resources, but still are part of CUCM therefore I can not delete from there. Are users who worked with UCCX but no longer do. These members continue to appear as resources are no longer eventhough the user associated RmCm.

As I can delete those idle resources but remain part of CUCM?, Detail ... are more than 100.Deshacer cambios

You need to remove the IPCC extension under the end user, rmcm association does not control it.

Hi Javier,

The moment you deassociate these Agent phone MAC addresses from the RmCm application user in CUCM, these agents will apper in the Inactive Agents list in UCCX (UCCX Admin->RmCm->Resources->Inactive Agents).

Here you can opt to delete these inactive Agents.
