Guys,
I am trying to upload a prompt from the FTP server to the UCCX repository. I am able to download a prompt from the FTP server and to write to the customer folder, but I cannot upload it to the repository. Did anyone tried to do that ?

The only way to get a prompt into the repository is to use the "upload prompt" step from a script.
If you have CCX premium you can write a script that is triggered by a http access to the UCCX server. This script can download a prompt from an external web server and then do a upload prompt step to get it into the repository

Thanks for the reply, but it seems that it doesn't work. My write document step or upload prompt step get stuck :-(

You need a user ID and you must Authenticate that user before the upload prompt step will work.
Something like this, step through your script to make sure the user authenticates OK
then this as an upload prompt step
You must use "upload document" to put something into the document repository. Write document will put it on the temporary file system which will be lost if you reboot the UCCX server.

Hello,
I'm as well interested in downloading a file from an FTP server into the user directory. How did you do that ?
Regarding the upload to the repository, there are other posts explaining that :
