UCCX 802 AppAdmin Page very slow

All,

It is very slow to access AppAdmin page, especially items under Subsystems > RmCm. We are running Premium UCCX 802 SU3. Two servers are Cisco 7845

I have looked at RTMT, but could not find a clue.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Hi,

I'm using UCCX 502 HA.

It was same problem,according to Cisco support,it is normal when you are using HA cluster.I'm about slow appadmin page.

So,more than 2 years it is so in my case,i used already

What about Subsystems,try Contact TAC.And what with your network?.Could you check connection with laptop from same switch which servers are on?

We have been using UCCX from IPCC 405, UCCX 502, UCCX7, and now UCCX 802. We always use HA and no slow response until UCCX 802 comes online. The difference this time is that UCCX 8 is linux and we use WAN topology instead of LAN topology. This way we can put two UCCX servers in separate subnets.

I will get Cisco TAC involved and hope they can make a difference about this performance.

hown many agents do you have? CSCtl57131 will be resolved in 8.0(2)SU4

Thanks for Reply. This bug looks quite similar to our problem. I checked Cisco Web site and UCCX 8.0(2)SU4 has not been released. Does each Agent PC need CAD Service Release upgrade if we upgrade from UCCX 802SU3 to UCCX 802SU4?

8.0(2) SU4 hasn't been publish yet, its still in development. And most likely if you apply the SU4 to your server you will to  upgrade the CAD/CSD clients as well
