UCCX 9.1 - CAD Agent is not able to login

Hi Team,

I'm running into an issue where an Agent can not login to CAD. They are LDAP integrated and his account was disabled. When it was enabled again he is not able to login.

He can login successfully on ccmuser page but when tries to login to CAD , he gets an error message "Password is invalid"

Here is what I've already tried:

Double checked if his Agent ID and its assigned IPCC extensions are showing up propery.

Performed AD sync in Call manager.

Removed his IPCC ext from End user (and UCCX) in CUCM and added back, performed AD sync again.

From the CDA (Cisco Desktop Administrator) performed Directory Resync operaion.

Also restarted the Desktop Directory Sync servies on both the nodes.

Nothing seems to work, any idea what else I can try ? .

In Agnet logs I found the following , not sure if this is even related to the issue ro not

"2014-03-18 14:46:22:764 DEBUG [0x172c] AgentConnectionManager.cpp[580] CAgentConnectionManager::RetrieveLicense: End.

We've got this problem now too (v8.5). Did you guys get to the bottom of it?

Cheers

Rich

Try to disassociate the phone from RmCM user and then reassociate again to check if the issue gets resolved.

Deepak

Disassociated but still didnt work - had to reinstall CAD after disassociation the it worked.
