UCCX 9.X to 10.5 upgrade

We are planning for UCCX upgrade where current version is 9.0.2.10000-71 & we are using CAD ...
Customer wants to stick with CAD application, is the 10.5 UCCX is support CAD application or we need to install Finesse

Hi,

CAD will still work on UCCX 10.5 but only on windows 7 and windows 8.1 as per following compatibility list:

CAD  is removed in UCCX 11

We have CAD support up till UCCX 10.6(1)SU3, However CAD will be end of Support on 31st July 2018 in about next 25 days.

Best option would be an Upgrade to Unified CCX 10.6(1)SU1 or later on 10.6 train for CAD and Cisco Finesse Mixed Mode Support. Just in case you would like to switch to Finesse.
