Hello,
My customer have a problem When call waiting in Queue although There is an Agent in Ready .
The calls wait in queue for 40-50 Sec before ring in Agent Phone. (The Agent In Ready State for 1 Hour)
Its Randomly - not in every call.
I Attached a Snip With this scenario:
- Agent in Ready State for 01:04:52
- Call Wait in queue for 00:42 Sec
- Ring time 00:01
- There is no Outbound/Inbound calls to this Agent in the relevant time - I Checked in the CDR
