Ive reboot the uccx cluster, I have 100 agent licenses under licensing, no one is logged in, and when I try to login the system kicks back saying: "Your sign-in attempt failed because the maximum number of licenses has been exceeded. Please contact your administrator.
I am the effin admin. I looked around what else would cause this and I havent found a way to narrowed it down. I tried googling for possible answers, yet not much is out there.
Does anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot this issue?

I was able to fix by getting a temporary license from TAC until I get the smartnet license flex updated.
